Currently, there is no mechanism to connect ex-offenders looking for gainful employment to employers. Whether it’s the inability to locate ex-offenders or an unconscious bias regarding ex-offenders and their potential, connections between the two are difficult. A significant talent shortage and skills gap exists that hinders companies’ efforts to expand due to lack of finding the right employees.
